Tuna Salad
Sandwich, bed of lettuce or on Flatbread crackers

Serves 2-3, cooking time 15 minutes
One can albacore tuna in water
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 hard boiled egg
2 celery stalked chopped
4-6 slices of red onion chopped
1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
1 sliced tomato or cut into wedges if in salad
Salt/pepper to taste
Mix all together place on top a bed of lettuce; or inside a sandwich or place on top of flatbread crackers.
I eat this many mornings for breakfast; because I get a big boost of protein and great start for the day!! My favorite way to eat tuna salad is on crackers.
