Almond Butter and 7 Grain Toast With fresh fruit of your choice

You can find Almond butter at Whole Foods and Henry’s grocery stores. My favorite brand is the fresh almond butter that Henry’s Market makes; you can find it by the bulk isle with the nuts and grains. My favorite bread to put my almond butter on is Ezekiel’s bread; the only store that I have found that carries it is Whole Foods; you can also buy a great 7 grain bread sold in all super markets. Toast two slices of bread top with almond butter and maybe a small touch of boysenberry jelly and have some fresh fruit and you are ready to start your day or have a great lunch or snack mid day!
